It started when I inherited my father's old Nikon FM10. I produced almost no presentable photos from that toy in those years but it taught me how addictive photography could be. A bizarre turn of events found me taking the Red Pill when I went digital - now I shoot Canon and have never looked back.
My favorite pastime is photographing old buildings and forgotten corners of the urban landscape. With this I hope to discover more about our culture and history through modern relics and architecture. If you would like to hear more about these trips, my blog is
located here.
Some things I have done in the past include: (1) Played violin for Ego Likeness, (2) Taken 6 years of a foreign language and not learned a thing, (3) Shaved mice, (4) Spilled an entire container of lavender pastilles on the stone floor of a 15th century church in Paris during an oboe concert, (5) Blew up a nitrogen gas tank, (6) Had John D. Rockefeller V as an English teacher. Currently I am working in cancer research while getting my masters degree at Johns Hopkins.
I am based in the Baltimore, MD area and am always open to feedback and comments. Interested in collaborating for a project? Drop me a line or a comment... and we'll chat.
